Territoire habitat wishes to pursue a training course for all its rental life managers with a view to the certification of building caretaker (certification registered with the RNCP). This training will take place intra-company.

This training focuses on the following themes:

- The monitoring and maintenance of the assets (technical terms, identification and treatment of malfunctions), elements at the expense of the lessor or tenant, etc.;

- The administrative management of the lease (allocation of housing, modification and denunciation of the lease); technical management of housing;

- Customer relationship management;

- Control of cleaning services carried out by a third party;

- The methodology of professional writing.
