The city of Essen has added a new building to a primary school. The existing building is now to be renovated. The tendered service is roof waterproofing work, which is carried out in 2 construction phases during ongoing school operations:

Construction phase II block between the old and new buildings

Construction phase III of existing buildings

Key positions:

1,500 sqm insulation, flat roof

1,500 m² of bituminous waterproofing

1,500 sqm green roof, extensive

1,500 m² demolition/disposal of old roof covering

Timing:

BA II immediately after commissioning July to August 2023

BA III March to May 2024
