Renewal of a suction and briquetting plant

The request concerns a functional system for the extraction and transport of dust and chips (material condition, see Supplement No. 1), which is produced at the factory carpentry and pressed into briquettes.

The existing filter must be dismantled and, at best, treated or properly disposed of.

The existing briquette press should:

- be modernized and adapted to the new capacity, or

- be renewed => dismantling and remuneration or disposal of the existing press.

Note: The existing auger between filter and press is considered part of the press.

The pipe network should be optimized or renewed (see also machine list (sheet no. 2) and plan no. A --- 9_E00_GARXXX_aep MH.dwg / in red limited area).

The 16 machines work together differently. For the design of the pipeline, the three most common scenarios were drawn up. (also Supplement No. 2).

The values on this machine list are the basis of the certificate of performance.

special feature:

Both the filter system and the briquette system are located in a closed room in the 1 UG.

Open to the outside are not given and not feasible.
