The activities concern minor and major maintenance of the element pavements in the municipalities of Stede Broec, Enkhuizen and Drechterland from 1.7.2020 to June 2021. This can be extended annually by one year until July 2024 at the latest.

The work includes maintenance work on roads, parking lots, bicycle paths and footpaths, with element pavements. This includes:

- minor maintenance on element pavements,

- major maintenance of pavements,

- solve calamities to element pavements.

The work mainly consists of:

a. performing earthworks;

b. replacing broken drainage gullies;

c. the installation and connection of new and existing drainage gullies;

e. manhole covers for sewers to height and replace where necessary;

f. performing minor and major maintenance on element pavements;

g. the supply and installation of new element pavements in the event of breakage during roadworks;

h. re-street molg gutters;

i. removal of tree roots for maintenance of element pavements;

j. leveling, milling and sowing verges / green strips during restoration work;

k. make traffic plans and take traffic measures for maintenance of element pavements and

New construction in combination with street work;

l. solve / repair calamities of element pavements;

m. new construction of element pavements in combination with street work (small and large

maintenance of element pavements) at a location (for example, widening a street to be rebuilt

lane, traffic adjustment at a location to be relocated, etc.) and / or replacement of

element pavement for new element pavements at a location that needs to be repurposed.

Activities including additional activities such as performing the necessary groundwork and laying the foundation.

The daily production on a working day should, on average, for a partial assignment for each municipality (municipalities of Stede Broec, Enkhuizen and Drechterland) be the following for street work per partial assignment:

minor maintenance on element pavements up to 50 m²:

- minor maintenance elements (locations throughout the municipality to which the partial assignment applies.

Graduated up to 5 m², 5 to 20 m² and from 20 to 50 m²): a minimum of 50 m² per working day, including rebuilding

Additional work,

major maintenance of element pavements from 50 m²:

- Major maintenance of element pavements (locations throughout the municipality where the partial assignment is based on

is applicable), more than 50 m²: at least 90 m² per working day, including additional

activities.
