Framework agreements for products and services of the manufacturer Microsoft® and provision of additional services

— Los 1 – MS Select Plus und EA,

— Los 2 – MS Select Plus Academic, FWU und EES,

— Lot 3 – Other services,

— Lot 4 – Services in the SharePoint environment

The framework agreements per lot have a term of 48 months and can be terminated by the client at the end of the 24th or 36th month of the contract with a notice period of 4 weeks each.

Awarding of a framework agreement for services on the basis of the Microsoft Select Plus license program (or corresponding successor program) and services on the basis of the Microsoft Enterprise license programs MS EA incl. SCE (volume contracts), in each case on the basis of the BMI condition agreements or their corresponding successor agreements, as well as support in concluding commercial EA of the IT Service Center Berlin or its customers with Microsoft®® outside the BMI conditions agreements.

Award of a framework agreement for services based on the Microsoft license programs Microsoft® Select Plus Academic for Research & Teaching (MS Select Plus Academic), Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) or their corresponding successor programs as well as for a possible successor program for MS FWU 4 to eligible customers, i.e. educational and research institutions within the meaning of the aforementioned license programs. Awarding of a framework contract for services and work in connection with the purchase and use of Microsoft® products as well as related services to the IT-Dienstleistungszentrum Berlin or its customers with the following service objects/qualification levels:

Consulting for Microsoft® products,

Consulting for the design, implementation and operation of complex Microsoft® system environments,

Anwendungsprogrammierung,

Consulting on licenses, license management and auditing for Microsoft® products,

Other support services
