In the context of the administrative merger of the municipalities of Langedijk and Heerhugowaard as of 1.1.2022, it is necessary to switch to an application or set of well-cooperating functionalities (for example two applications with a broad link) for the Wmo and Youth domain.

- One harmonized Wmo and Youth Care application designed for Dijk en Waard,

- The application has been set up, tested, approved and put into production,

- The applications have been tested and approved in the end-to-end test to be held as of November 1, and taken into production as of 1.1.2022,

- The conversion from the existing applications has taken place and has been approved,

- All users are trained,

- The management organization (both technical and functional) has built up sufficient knowledge to support the applications and procedures,

- The message traffic of the old municipalities must be able to be handled in an orderly manner.
