BVG is looking for a service provider who will closely accompany, actively collaborate and support the E-Commerce & Sales Innovations department as a sparring partner at a high professional level, and on this basis accompany projects, develop options for action and make recommendations.
Support for the following topics:
• Digitization of the BVG, in particular
- Further development of a future-proof, digital sales in the area of web, app, ticket backend, BVG-ID (customer data management system), etc.
- Digital control solutions for barcodes and NFC incl. VDV-Motics technology according to VDV core application
- Digital sales channels according to EFM level 3 (in-out systems for automatic tariff calculation via app incl. best pricing)
- Tracking and CRM
• Single-Sign-On (Authentifizierungs- und Autorisierungssysteme)
• SAP-based sales background systems (accounting systems)
• Multimodale Fahrgastinformation, flexible Mobilitätsangebote, Tarifbundles und On-Demand-Services (z.B. Ridesharing-Service)
• Product and tariff modules for public transport tariffs, tariff bundles consisting of public transport tariffs and sharing tariffs as well as voucher module
• Support in project initiation/project planning for digital products & distribution systems, pilot projects and software solutions as well as description of the basics, prerequisites and requirements for further developments at BVG
• Technical support for the preparation of tender documents for publication
• Support of award processes for software solutions to be tendered
• Technical support in the creation of the specifications as part of the conception phase with the supplier and accompaniment of the implementation of software solutions, apps and digital products
• Financing and project controlling
The contract is to be concluded as soon as possible after the contract has been awarded by 31.12.2026.
The BVG intends to conclude a framework agreement for the above-mentioned services, for which a maximum of 600 person-days in the above-mentioned service period is estimated.
