The purpose of this framework agreement is to establish the terms governing the subsequent contracts to be awarded for lot 1: the transmission and supply of electricity from the delivery points of the members of the group and the purchase and aggregation of electricity production sold by the producer (the local public company Sotraval-Spl) for photovoltaic production sites dedicated to the subsequent market, for lot 2: the transport and supply of natural gas from the delivery points of the members of the group. The consultation is launched within the framework of a group of permanent orders detailed in Article 1 of the Consultation Regulation and of which Brest Métropole is the coordinator.
