- Maintenance of tertiary air conditioning and ventilation equipment,

- Central air conditioning systems: production, distribution and terminals,

- Mechanical ventilation, Sorbonne, Boas and smoke extraction,

- Split system air conditioning system

Lot 2: Process equipment

- Maintenance of process equipment,

- Refrigeration facilities, distribution and terminals of cold rooms, incubators,

- Climatic chambers, access chambers, quarantine laboratory Ns3 and Ns3-2.
