The Contracting Authority intends to acquire the development services of the information system "Infostatyba" for building permits and state supervision of construction of the Republic of Lithuania.

The description, scope, characteristics and technical requirements of the Purchasing Services are set out in the Technical Specification (Appendix 2 to the Purchase Terms and Conditions).

Services are provided no longer than until 14/04/2025 from the date of entry into force of the contract. The contract takes effect from the date of provision of the guarantee of proper performance of the contract and is valid until the fulfillment of all obligations provided for in the contract.
