This contract concerns the supply of identification labels and signs for equipment and cables. These materials are intended to identify emergences, cables and various materials.

EDF SEI may benefit, if it so wishes and at its first request, from the commercial conditions of the market (s) awarded by Enedis for its needs, via a stipulation clause for others inserted in the market (s).

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum volume of the framework agreement that will be concluded is 6900 articles, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value for the Company.

Lot 2 - Cable tracking labels comprising 4 items.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum volume of the framework agreement that will be concluded is 28200 articles, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value for the Company.

Lot 3 - BT emergence tracking signs and accessories comprising 4 items.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum volume of the framework agreement to be concluded is 93200 articles, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value for the Company.

Lot 4 - Aluminum characters and accessories comprising 37 items.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum volume of the framework agreement to be concluded is 300700 items, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value for the Company.

Lot 5 - GTE 135 labels including 1 item.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum volume of the framework agreement to be concluded is 75,000 items, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value for the Company.

Lot 6 - Condemnation kit comprising 3 items.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum volume of the framework agreement that will be concluded is 150,000 items, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value for the Company.
