The object of the procurement process is the procurement of active network and WLAN components, accessories and optionally complementary services for the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft and its institutes and research institutions in the Federal Republic of Germany. To this end, a framework agreement with several economic operators (hereinafter referred to as “contractors”) is to be concluded, with the intention of concluding a framework agreement with a maximum of 6 economic operators. Individual orders based on the framework agreement are carried out decentrally by the individual institutions and institutions. For this purpose, the contractors should provide the connection and operation of the eProcurement solution SAP Ariba (e-shop) from the reporting date of SAP implementation at Fraunhofer (expected 1.1.22).
