The subject of the contract is comprehensive insurance of the property and liability of the Lubusz Voivodeship, provincial local government units and cultural institutions. covering the scope indicated in the Specification of the Terms of Order.

A detailed description of the item of the order is annexes 6, 6A, 6B and 6C to SWZ.

The procedure is conducted in the form of an unlimited tender on the basis of the PPL Act. The estimated value of the contract in question exceeds the amount specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Article 3 of the PPL Act.

PART AND procurement — Property and liability insurance includes:

A. Property insurance against all risks;

B. Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks;

C. insurance of machinery and construction/road equipment;

D. Civilian liability insurance;

E. insurance of the consequences of unfortunate accidents of examiners and instructors of the Provincial Road Traffic Centre in Zielona Góra;

F. insurance of the consequences of unfortunate accidents of persons trained in the Centre of Excellence of Driving Techniques in Tomaszów;

G. insurance of the consequences of unfortunate accidents of educators and youth sociotherapy center.

PART II of the order — communication insurance includes:

A. Mandatory liability insurance of motor vehicle holders;

B. Autocasco insurance;

C. Insurance of the aftermath of unfortunate accidents of drivers and passengers;

D. Insurance assistance.

PART III of the order — watercraft insurance includes:

A. insurance of liability for the ownership and exploitation of watercraft and in connection with the transport of passengers, vehicles, rallies and other property;

B. Casco insurance of watercraft.
