The contracting authority wishes to conclude a multi-year framework agreement with direct allocation of the contracts, divided into two lots. This contract includes the purchase, delivery, commissioning and second-line support in case of defects, of delivery stations and delivery sets. In principle, a heat supply station and a set form the connection between the heat distribution network of a heat supplier and the indoor installation of a heat consumer. The delivery station is only used for connecting non-residential users to a heat network such as apartment buildings, offices and commercial buildings. Fluvius is contractually expected to resolve the failure of a delivery station and a delivery set within four hours.
