The municipality of Maastricht uses a software program to carry out analyses of the technical and traffic performance of the traffic control installations (VRI's) and no maintenance is carried out on this and needs to be replaced.

The municipality of Maastricht currently uses the software program 'Kwaliteitscentrale' to carry out analyses of the technical and traffic performance of the traffic control installations (VRI's). The current contractor has announced in the context of "Life Cycle Management" of this Quality Center that from a certain moment no maintenance will be carried out on this application.

Because the municipality of Maastricht attaches great importance to the fact that the systems to be used are, remain and are maintained, this proclamation is reason to look for an alternative to the Quality Centre.

The purpose of the Client is to conclude one (1) Agreement with one (1) entrepreneur (Contractor) for the duration of six (6) years for the provision of this Analysis Tool VRI data in accordance with the most recent laws and regulations of the Dutch government, in combination with the agreement between the Client and the Contractor.
