When establishing this framework agreement, the contracting entity wishes to have the opportunity to acquire on-site and remote IT consultancy for system development. This invitation to tender is divided into 4 lots:

- Lot A: General Software Development and IT Architecture

- Lot B: General Project Management and Product Management

- Delaftale C: Test

- Lot D: Specialized IT systems in the energy industry

Lot A: General Software development and IT architecture, is used for general development, further development, maintenance and support of the solutions to be made for business support, within the areas that support Energinet.

This sub-agreement covers tasks relating to solution design, architecture design, software development as well as maintenance and support.

Lot B: General Project Management and Product Management, is used for general development and management of the solutions to be made for business support, within the areas that support Energinet.

This sub-agreement covers tasks related to project management (scrum masters) as well as product management (product owners) within projects including software development as well as maintenance and support of IT solutions.

Sub-agreement C:Test is used for quality assurance of the solutions to be made for business support, within the areas that support Energinet.

Lot D: Specialized IT systems within the energy industry are used for highly specialized development, further development, maintenance and support of the solutions that support Energinet's control center and the rapidly changing world they must act in.
