The Norrvattens waterworks at Görveln in Järfälla plans to build a complementary waterworks. The contractor will be carried out as an executive contractor under AB 04 in collaboration.

The procurement is carried out in accordance with law (2016:1146) on procurement in the supply sectors through a negotiated procedure with prior advertising. Assignment may occur without negotiation being conducted.

The procurement is also subject to provisions of the Safety Protection Act (2018:585).
