For the provision of maintenance and repair services for printers and scanners, a framework contract is concluded for a period of 25 months or until the estimated value of the relevant part of the framework contract is reached. A contract shall be terminated at the end of the term of the framework agreement.

As a result of Part 1-5, a framework contract is concluded with one provider for the maintenance and repair of printers and scanners of a particular manufacturer. As a result of Part 6, a framework contract is concluded with one bidder for the maintenance and repair of printers and scanners from manufacturers not mentioned in Parts 1 to 5.

The values of Part 1-6 are binding for the entire period of the framework agreement, fixed in the contract. The framework agreement concluded on the basis of the procurement extends to all legal entities that have authorized RIT to conduct the procurement (joint contracting authorities). Joint contracting authorities shall award contracts as necessary.

The estimated value of the contract is an estimate, in accordance with the Court's case-law, if any, to consider a framework agreement to have expired in a situation where the upper limit of the estimated value has been reached.

The framework contract is concluded with a single bidder Hewlett-Packard (HP) for the maintenance and repair of printers and scanners. The values are binding for the entire period of the framework contract, fixed in the contract. The tenderer is obliged to provide the service on the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract during the contract period.

The estimated value of this contract is an estimate, in accordance with the case-law of the Court of Justice, where the framework agreement may have been terminated, including in situations where the upper limit of the estimated value has been reached.

The framework contract is concluded with one of the providers Canon for the maintenance and repair of printers and scanners.

The values are binding for the entire period of the framework contract, fixed in the contract. The tenderer is obliged to provide the service on the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract during the contract period.

The estimated value of this contract is an estimate, in accordance with the case-law of the Court of Justice, where the framework agreement may have been terminated, including in situations where the upper limit of the estimated value has been reached.

The framework contract is concluded with one of the providers for the maintenance and repair of Xerox printers and scanners.

The values are binding for the entire period of the framework contract, fixed in the contract. The tenderer is obliged to provide the service on the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract during the contract period.

The framework contract is signed with one of the providers for the maintenance and repair of Kyocera printers and scanners.

The values are binding for the entire period of the framework contract, fixed in the contract. The tenderer is obliged to provide the service on the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract during the contract period.

The estimated value of this contract is an estimate, in accordance with the case-law of the Court of Justice, where the framework agreement may have been terminated, including in situations where the upper limit of the estimated value has been reached.

The framework contract is concluded with one of the providers Lexmark for the maintenance and repair of printers and scanners.

The values are binding for the entire period of the framework contract, fixed in the contract. The tenderer is obliged to provide the service on the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract during the contract period.

The framework contract is awarded to a single bidder for the maintenance and repair of printers and scanners from manufacturers not mentioned in Parts 1 to 5 (i.e. all other manufacturers), Canon, Xerox, Kyocera and Lexmark.

The values are binding for the entire period of the framework contract, fixed in the contract. The tenderer is obliged to provide the service on the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract during the contract period.
