The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Law of 28.09.1991 on Forests (Dz U. 2021. item 1275 from late. —Act on Forests) covering work in the fields of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and forest nursery management at the Nursery Farm in Krępsk, chemical plant protection in the area, transport of seedlings from nursery to 12 forestry, the performance of services on harvesting cones from lying trees, for the purposes of the Nursery Farm in Krępsk in the area of the N-ctwa Goleniów in The proceedings shall be carried out by means of an unlimited tender for Article 129 (1) (1) referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Law of 11.09.2019. Pzp (t. one: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended - 'PZP') and implementing acts to PZP. The procedure shall be carried out according to the rules for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), 3-4 of the PZP

The scope of the object of the order shall include the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber specified in the entry number 3 of SWZ.

The quantities of work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject shall be estimated in the SWZ. The amount of work commissioned to be carried out during the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement may be less than the quantity presented in the SWZ, however, which cannot be the basis for any claims made by the Contractor in relation to the Contracting Authority regardless of their legal basis. The Contracting Authority may contract during the implementation of the Agreement a scope of work less than that indicated in the SWZ, but not less than 70% of the Contract Subject Value as defined in the Agreement.

The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended). The scope of the object of the contract shall include the summary quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber set out in Annex 3 to SWZ.
