The subject of the contract is the collection and management in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 of municipal waste indicated in the Description of the subject of the contract from the owners of real estate of the Bobrowo Commune together with the collection of waste collected in PSZOK in 2023, excluding municipal waste generated in cemeteries., in a consistent manner.

1) with regulations:

-the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) and regulations to the Act,

-the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended) and regulations to the Act,

-Waste management plan of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship for the years 2016-2022 with a perspective for 2023-2028, adopted by the resolution of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Sejmik No. XXXII/545/17 of 29 May 2017, as amended,

-regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Bobrowo commune,

-other legal regulations regarding municipal waste management

1. The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of all municipal waste generated and collected by the owners of real estate covered by the municipal waste collection system in the Bobrowo Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Bobrowo Municipality, delivery and setting up of containers on the property and running a mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
