The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of solar farms, biomass boilers in the Wierzbica commune, which is implemented as part of the project "Energy from solar panels in the Wierzbica commune."

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

2.1. in the field of photovoltaic installations:

1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation possessed by the Employer 65 sets of photovoltaic installations mounted on the properties of natural persons as well as municipal buildings and facilities,

2) execution of the electrical installation together with automation ensuring adjustment of the produced energy parameters to the requirements of working with the PGE Dystrybucja SA network,

3) connection to the electrical installation by an internal cable line of a photovoltaic installation set in individual locations,

4) mounting the inverter together with the WLAN module,

5) DC installation,

6) AC installation,

7) electric shock and overvoltage protection,

8) installation of grounding and equipotential bonding,

9) performing tests, tests and commissioning of the solar installation,

10) training users in all locations on the principles of proper operation of the solar installation together with a non-technical language operating instructions and providing them to users,

11) preparation of notification documentation from each location regarding the binding connection procedure at PGE Dystrybucja SA. The Contractor is obliged to notify each installation for connection to the network by DSO.

12) a statement by the owner of the building or his authorized representative on tidying up the place of performance of works and restoring it to its original condition,

13) programming and commissioning of the automation system together with connecting a WLAN communication modem to the regulator in order to read the parameters of energy yield via the Internet for 18 locations of buildings of natural persons and 18 facilities and public buildings,

14) other elements included in Annex 1a, 1b, 1c to the ToR and the Draft Contract constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.

2.2. in the field of biomass boilers:

1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation possessed by the Employer 3 biomass boilers with a minimum power of 17 kW, located in the buildings of individual owners separately for each location,

2) disassembly of the existing heat source to the place indicated by the user,

3) manufacture and installation of a flue to the chimney,

4) installing system security,

5) connecting the boiler to the central heating system,

6) connecting the boiler to the domestic hot water system,

7) installation of pump groups,

8) installation of the control and regulation system,

9) programming and commissioning of the automation system together with connecting a WLAN communication modem to the controller in order to read the parameters of energy yield via the Internet for 3 biomass boilers,

10) carrying out tests, tests and commissioning of biomass boiler room installations,

11) restoration to its original condition of all affected surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or violated as a result of installation assembly,

12) training users in all locations on the principles of proper operation of the installed biomass boiler together with a non-technical language operating instructions and providing them to users,

13) a statement by the owner of the building or his authorized representative on ordering the place of performance of works and restoring it to its original condition,

14) other elements included in Annex 1d, 1e, 1f to the ToR and the Draft Contract constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.

2.3. execution, delivery and implementation of a renewable energy management system as described in Annex 1g to the ToR.
