The procurement concerns a framework agreement within the electrical discipline. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration intends to enter into an agreement with a minimum of 3 tenderers associated with the framework agreement, but one tenderer for the execution of the work. The majority of the work will be in tunnels in Northern Norway that do not fulfil the tunnel safety regulations.
