1. The subject of the order is delivery with the installation of a 599,40 kWp photovoltaic installation on the top floor of a multi-level car park at Tarczyński Arena in Wrocław.
2. This order is mixed in nature - also includes construction works (installation, assembly) and services in connection with the delivered deliveries, in particular the commissioning of the installed installation, training of employees of the Ordering Party and warranty service.
1. The subject of the order is delivery with the installation of a 599,40 kWp photovoltaic installation on the top floor of a multi-level car park at Tarczyński Arena in Wrocław.
2. This order is mixed in nature - also includes construction works (installation, assembly) and services in connection with the delivered deliveries, in particular the commissioning of the installed installation, training of employees of the Ordering Party and warranty service.
3. All supplied materials and equipment must be unused and factory new, first-class quality and free from factory defects, come from serial production taking into account configuration options provided by the manufacturer for a particular model of equipment, come from the official channel distribution to the Polish market and must have the necessary certificates and declarations of conformity.
4. The Ordering Party requires that photovoltaic panels delivered to the assembly site have a date of production not earlier (not older) than 1 year back from the date of delivery.
5. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the provision of prototype equipment and the technology used and its individual components should be tested in operational practice. The tasks of the Contractor shall be to carry out tests and obligatory checks in the light of applicable law.
6. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the subject of the contract, including construction, installation, assembly works, in accordance with the applicable laws, standards, technical conditions for performance and acceptance of works, construction art and recommendations of the Contracting Authority.
