Description:
The service of preparing and conducting a comprehensive campaign promoting reading in Poland in 2022.

The subject of the contract is the service of preparing and conducting a comprehensive campaign promoting reading in Poland in 2022, which is a continuation of the campaign entitled "Small book – big man" implemented by the Book Institute in 2017-2021, addressed to people who have and / or raise children (i.e. parents and grandparents, pedagogues, teachers, librarians, etc.), promoting reading to children from birth to the first years of school education and walking with children to libraries.

The subject of the contract is the service of preparing and conducting a comprehensive campaign promoting reading in Poland in 2022, which is a continuation of the campaign entitled "Small book – big man" implemented by the Book Institute in 2017-2021, addressed to people who have and / or raise children (i.e. parents and grandparents, pedagogues, teachers, librarians, etc.), promoting reading to children from birth to the first years of school education and walking with children to libraries.

In the framework of the contract, the Contractor shall carry out, in particular, the

1) preparation of a detailed strategic and creative concept of the campaign,

2) preparation of the campaign media plan,

3) preparation of campaign content:

- creation of the concept and production of TV spots in 15" and 30" versions,

- creation of the concept and production of radio spots in 15" and 30" versions,

- creation of the concept and production of a cycle of 10 virals,

- creating a coherent visual identity (key visual, downloadable posters, gadget designs, etc.) and graphic support for all other elements of the campaign,

- involvement of a minimum of three influencers.

4) purchase of airtime for:

- nationwide television antennas and Polish-language thematic channels, for the period of min. 4 weeks,

- radio antennas (nationwide, regional and supra-regional), for the period of min. 4 weeks,

5) paid promotion on the Internet and social media,

6) PR and media relations activities:

- preparation and distribution of invitations for journalists to a press conference organized by the CI together with information and promotional materials for the media,

- development of a database/list of journalists and editors,

- preparation and production of materials for journalists and guests (press kit),

- support in ongoing contacts with journalists and editors interested in the campaign, support in arranging interviews,

- media and Internet monitoring,

- design and production of gadgets and promotional materials,

- ambient marketing

7) ordering television, radio and press materials,

8) purchase and distribution of prizes for libraries that win in a competition organized by CI,

9) transfer to the Ordering Party of proprietary copyrights, related rights and dependent rights to the content resulting from the performance of the contract without restrictions and in all fields of exploitation.
