The subject of the contract is, among others: — receiving municipal waste mixed or sorted from inhabited and uninhabited properties, providing property owners with the opportunity to rent, lease or other form of disposal of containers for collecting mixed/sorting municipal waste, organisation of selective collection of waste: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, glass packaging and biodegradable waste, in the collective system, organisation of selective collection of waste: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics artificial, multi-material packaging, glass packaging in individual system,
— organisation of separate collection of biodegradable waste in a self-management solution, collection of furniture and other bulky waste in a self-management system, removal of municipal waste from places not intended for their storage and storage, collection of construction waste, operation of PSZOKs.
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from the areas of the rural municipality of Zgorzelec, within 12 months, starting from July 1, 2023.
1.2. The subject of the contract includes, in particular:
collection of mixed or sorting municipal waste (without separately collected waste) from inhabited and uninhabited properties,
equipping property owners with containers for collecting mixed/sorting municipal waste,
equipping property owners with stands for bags and sacks intended for selective collection of plastics, metals, glass, paper and cardboard,
equipping property owners with containers for biodegradable waste,
organization of separate collection of waste: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, glass packaging and biodegradable waste,
collection of furniture and other bulky waste in an individual system,
collection of construction and demolition waste in an individual system,
collection of expired medicines from containers located at health centers,
collection of waste from Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOKs),
collection, transport and delivery of all municipal waste from the area of the Zgorzelec Commune to the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Installation in Lubań,
development of a schedule for municipal waste collection,
keeping documentation related to the activity covered by the subject of the contract
2. The estimated amount of mixed/post-sorting municipal waste collected from residents from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024 is 1,400 Mg.
The estimated amount of mixed/post-sorting municipal waste collected from uninhabited properties from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024 is 100 Mg.
The estimated amount of all fractions of municipal waste collected from properties that are covered by the municipal waste collection system from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024 is about 3,300 Mg.
3. The Contractor's remuneration shall be calculated on the basis of the unit price per 1 Mg of municipal waste, in accordance with the price proposed in the offer form and the actual amount of waste collected, on a monthly basis. The principles of mutual settlements are specified in the draft agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ
