This call for tender aims to put into place contractual arrangements with a maximum of three economic operators in priority order for the provision of services, on a time and means basis, quoted time and means or fixed price basis that will enable the Agency to acquire resources not employed directly by the Agency in the domain of IT software development, implementation and maintenance — ‘ESP DIMSIS II’.

The Agency estimates, without this being binding, that the total requirement for consulting services is expected to represent:

• 77 110 days of the various profiles on a profile based rate, and

• 37 040 days under the blended rate approach, over the 4-year framework contract period.
