The assignment includes offering shared cars to the residents of the city of Beringen through a car-sharing organization that offers its own cars. The aim is to convince as many residents as possible to switch to a shared car to replace one or more cars within the family and thus reduce car ownership and use in our city. It expects to expand this offer in the coming years, all the more so because its own fleet is becoming obsolete.

On the basis of these contract documents, a framework agreement is concluded with one company.

The assignment is concluded for a period of 12 months and can be tacitly renewed 3 times for a period of 12 months each.
