1. The subject of this order is the supply of servers and server equipment for the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Sciences.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the type and number of devices, is specified in the Form of required technical conditions, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.

3. The Contractor's duties shall include:

1) delivery of the subject of the order to the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Mathematics and Information Sciences, Koszykowa 75, 00-662 Warsaw, server rooms of the Ordering Party.

2) installation — understood as unpacking, assembly and commissioning of equipment and verifying the correctness of its operation

3) removal and disposal of packaging, unless the Ordering Party decides otherwise. The Ordering Party is not obliged to store the original packaging after the delivered subject of the contract

4) handing over the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party confirmed by the Acceptance Protocol, drawn up according to the template constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Draft Contract.
