The order includes cleaning services in the road lanes of provincial roads in cities and towns located along provincial roads in the Region of Provincial Roads in Puławy and cleaning services at bridge structures and collection of waste from street garbage cans located in the city of Puławy, divided into parts:

1) Part 1: croup. 1: In the area of: the city of Puławy and the town of Góra Puławska,

2) Part 2: croup. 2: In the area of: the city of Nałęczów and section: Piotrowice – Nałęczów and the town of Nałęczów. Wąwolnica

3) Part 3: croup. 3: In the city of Ryki and the city of Ryki Moszczanka

4) Part 4: croup. 4: In the towns: Modliborzyce, Janów Lubelski and Łążek Ordynacki

5) Part 5: Croup. 5: Bridge structures located along provincial roads in the WFD in Puławy

6) Part 6: croup. 6: Collection of waste from street dumpsters located along provincial roads in the city of Puławy

The scope of work includes:

1) For task No. 1: Puławy, Góra Puławska:

(a) For the purification of the roadway with the ties:

mechanical or manual cleaning of roadway pavement and wristbands from any accumulated impurities

removal of outgrowths of grass and weeds at the curbs at the junction with the roadway surface

removal of outgrowths of grasses and weeds from the surface of the bands along their entire width along with the edging

(b) In the purification of islands and asylums:

mechanical or manual cleaning of island pavements and asylums from any accumulated contaminants

removal of outgrowths of grass and weeds at the curbs at the junction with the roadway surface

removal of outgrowths of grasses and weeds from the surface of islands and asylums throughout their width

c) In the field of cleaning of bicycle paths and pavements:

mechanical or manual cleaning of the pavement of bicycle paths and footpaths from any accumulated contaminants

removal of grass and weed outgrowths from the surface of bike paths and footpaths along their entire width along with the periphery

d) In the field of cleanup work in road lanes:

removal of all foreign pollutants from the road lane along its entire width

raking of organic waste (e.g. leaves, branches, etc.) from green areas

removal of organic waste (e.g. leaves, branches, etc.) from the surface of roadways, bicycle paths, pavements, islands and asylums

The scope of work includes:

1) For task No. 2: Nałęczów, Wąwolnica:

(a) For the purification of the roadway with the ties:

mechanical or manual cleaning of roadway pavement and wristbands from any accumulated impurities

removal of outgrowths of grass and weeds at the curbs at the junction with the roadway surface

removal of outgrowths of grasses and weeds from the surface of the bands along their entire width along with the edging

b) For the purification of pavements:

mechanical or manual cleaning of pavements from any accumulated impurities

removal of outgrowths of grasses and weeds from the surface of the bands along their entire width along with the edging

b) For the purification of pavements:

mechanical or manual cleaning of pavements from any accumulated impurities

removal of outgrowths of grasses and weeds from the surface of pavements along their entire width along with the periphery

(c) In the field of cleanup work in road lanes:

removal of all foreign pollutants from the road lane along its entire width

raking of organic waste (e.g. leaves, branches, etc.) from green areas

removal of organic waste (e.g. leaves, branches, etc.) from the surface of the roadway, bands and pavements

1) For task No. 4: Modliborzyce, Janów Lubelski, Łążek Ordynacki:

(a) For the purification of the roadway with the ties:

mechanical or manual cleaning of roadway pavement and wristbands from any accumulated impurities

removal of outgrowths of grass and weeds at the curbs at the junction with the roadway surface

removal of outgrowths of grasses and weeds from the surface of the bands along their entire width along with the edging

b) For the purification of pavements:

mechanical or manual cleaning of pavements from any accumulated impurities

removal of outgrowths of grasses and weeds from the surface of pavements along their entire width along with the periphery

(c) In the field of cleanup work in road lanes:

removal of all foreign pollutants from the road lane along its entire width

raking of organic waste (e.g. leaves, branches, etc.) from green areas

removal of organic waste (e.g. leaves, branches, etc.) from the surface of the roadway, bands and pavements

The scope of work includes:

1) For task No. 5: Bridge structures:

2-fold execution of comprehensive cleaning works on each of the facilities, taking into account access sections with a length of 50 m for each side for objects with a length of more than 100 m and 30 m in length for each of the other objects (according to the list), including:

a. cleaning of roadway pavement and sidewalks,

b. Cleansing of drainage equipment,

c. cleaning of subbridge space

d. grounding grounding bench

e. cleansing from vegetation of slopes and cones

f. dilation purification

g. cleaning up the garbage from the object and the area around it

h. removal of graffiti from concrete and steel surfaces on the object

i. removal of wild bushes and self-settlements lowering the aesthetics around or causing damage to the object,

j. export and management of waste generated during the service, in accordance with applicable waste regulations. All costs and responsibilities related to the export and management of the generated waste shall be borne by the Contractor.

k. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a statement on the proper management of the obtained waste in accordance with applicable law.

l. providing the service during the hours with the least traffic intensity, with the exception of works whose specificity forces their implementation at other times, while maintaining safe traffic conditions in the area of the works carried out.

The scope of work includes:

1) For task No. 6: Collection of waste from street rubbish bins:

a. Permanent provision of municipal services in the field of collection of solid impurities with a maximum of 88 pcs. street dumpsters with a frequency that will ensure the possibility of constant use of them (the maximum occupancy can not be more than 90% of its capacity).

b. Collection of impurities at a distance of 2 m around the garbage cans,

c. Maintaining the standard of filling the dumpster, emptying it also on non-working days,

d. Providing the Ordering Party with information about damaged and stolen garbage cans

e. Night work may be carried out with an acceptable noise level.

f. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the commissioned services in compliance with all the rules of road safety (vehicular and pedestrian), possible marking of the place of work, equipping the working equipment with warning (pulsating) lamps of orange color and clothing of employees in warning vests.
