This contract is part of the project to rehabilitate buildings n°713 and 713 C located on the CEA site of Orme des Merisiers (91). These lightweight buildings are composed of two adjoining buildings, including test and experimentation rooms (ISO 5 and ISO 7 laboratories and clean rooms), logistics and technical rooms as well as associated tertiary spaces.

The CEA Paris-Saclay space hub must have renovated infrastructure for the construction and testing of space subsystems in a controlled and secure environment.

The work is being carried out as part of an unclosed and independent construction site requiring the development of a prevention plan.

This consultation is divided into 12 batches. Lot 1 is not concerned by this consultation.

This contract defines the conditions under which the CEA entrusts the Contractor, who accepts, with the execution of the rehabilitation works of buildings N°713 and 713 C located on the CEA site of l'Orme des Merisiers (91) as defined in the specification of the special technical clauses of Lot No. 2.
