Invitation

The Prosecutor's Office invites tenderers for participation in the procurement of Architect Services. Procurement takes place in two (2) stages by selection procedure.

The Office of Public Prosecutions intends to procure complete architectural services according to the conditions and conditions set out in this procurement document. It may include the supply of ideas sketches, design, design drawings, technical descriptions, etc. The missions relate to all the chambers in the country and the headquarters in Stockholm and provides requirements for surface efficiency, flexibility and digital modes of work.

With the framework agreement as the basis, the call will be made for each individual mission, then also the scope of the mission is spelled out more closely. The prosecutor's office estimates the number of hours at approximately 400 hours per year.Estimated value of the framework contract is: 1,600,000 second Prosecutor's Office guarantees no volumes below the contract period, which depends on the existence of redevelopment projects from a tenant perspective in which the Public Prosecution Service does not own properties. For example, missions may consist of insertion sketches, adaptation proposals, and renderings of tenant adjustments. Furthermore, the preparation of gestures concepts and interior advice may occur.

Agreement Term

Preliminary contract start for the agreement is June 2022. The contract shall be valid for one (1) year with a possible extension of 1+1+1 years. The contract period may amount to a total of four (4) years at most.
