The work comprises the routine cleaning, disinfecting and vacuuming of common close areas for a 2-year period to various properties in the Clydebank area.

It is Dalmuir Park Housing Association's intention to enter into a contract with one Contractor for the provision of their close cleaning works. The contract is to be let for a period of 2 years subject to satisfactory performance against published key performance indicators.
