The reform of public procurement law initiated on 1.4.2016 will take a new turn with the dematerialization of procedures for the award and execution of public contracts.
As of 1.10.2018, contracts exceeding 25,000 EUR excluding tax will be dematerialized.
In this context, Vilogia, as well as all the members of the consortium, would like the provision of an ergonomic and efficient dematerialization platform.
A dematerialization platform is a secure platform used for the dematerialized management of public and private tenders.
In the context of public procurement, this is a buyer's profile.
This platform allows the traceability of actions carried out during purchasing procedures.
The variants required will be the possibility for the tool to also offer:
- a tool for drafting procedures: a library or a pure editorial tool with automatic updates of regulatory texts;
- a sourcing tool;
- a collaborative, communication platform;
- legal aid.
