The purpose of this contract is to provide computer software enabling the contracting authority to manage in a professional manner the entire process of awarding its public contracts and to effectively manage the execution phase.

The IT tool made available must also allow the collection of statistical data in a simple and complete way in order to meet the various reporting obligations to which it is subject.

Although it is naturally expected that the software can be configured to best meet the specific needs of the contracting authority, it will have to be a turnkey software, that is to say delivered complete and usable from its acquisition.
