The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for original parts for MTU engines, as described in Part II, Annex A1 and Annex A2.

Original is to be understood as the parts must be produced/certified by the manufacturer of the engines/equipment in which the parts shall be used. Alternative tenders will not be considered.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the scope.

Only Tenderers able to deliver 80 % or more of the scope in accordance Part II, Annex A1 and Annex A2 will be evaluated

The framework agreement includes MTU parts for the following engines:

MTU 12V 396 TE54 (Nansen class).

MTU 12V 183 TE92 (Skjold class).

MTU 6R 183 TE52 (Skjold class).

MTU 12V 396 TE84 — DB51L (Alta and Oksøy class).

MTU 8V 396 TE74N3 — DB51L (Alta and Oksøy class).

MTU 12V 183 TA 51 — DB51L (Alta and Oksøy class).

MTU 16V 396 SB 83 — GB31L (Ula class).
