2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be required to provide electricity to the objects listed in the Annex - list of measuring points - to the Terms of Reference and other not listed whose need for power will arise during the contract period. The order should be carried out in accordance with

with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended) and implementing acts to this Act. The contractor will start selling no sooner than on the day of effective termination of existing electricity sales contracts as well as after a successful change of seller procedure and the signing and entry into force of new distribution contracts with the Distribution System Operator enabling the sale of electricity to individual consumption points. The contractor will sign separate contracts for the supply of electricity
