The firm tranche will relate to the basic installation and the real estate portfolio management module.

The conditional tranches will focus on:

1) document management and as-built file;

2) space management;

3) lease management;

4) requests for intervention - helpdesk;

5) assignment of rechargeable charges;

6) inventory of equipment and facilities;

7) maintenance plan;

8) contract management;

9) compliance monitoring.
