Description:
Moving tender, Boligselskabet Sct. Jørgen, dept. 8, Ellekonbakken

The assignment concerns the relocation of household goods for Boligselskabet Sct. Jørgens dept. 8 Ellekonebakken.

The relocations are part of the rehousing of the department's residents, in connection with the implementation of a master plan for the department.

The task includes about 434 homes. The tendered task concerns the apartments where the residents, due to the renovation, must vacate the apartments to rehousing apartments, and where the residents must move from rehousing apartments to the fully renovated apartments. It is not known exactly how many apartments will be vacated or how many apartments will have to be relocated. It is expected that approximately 80% of the extensive housing will be relocated, but the final scope of the move will depend on the contracting entity's order during the contract period.

This Tender Ordinance invites interested people to request participation in the tender.

In connection with the move, the moving company must handle

• Relocation of residents' household goods to rehousing apartment and for possible storage

• Relocation of residents' household goods from the resettlement apartment and from any storage.

• Delivery of moving boxes.

• The moving company must provide a depot of moving boxes to the caretaker so that residents have the opportunity to pick up moving boxes well in advance of the move.

• The moving company must 1-2 months before the move call and conduct a relocation planning meeting and inspection of the residents, where the scope of the move, moving date and time, etc. are agreed.

• Moving company must summon the resident in writing to the agreed moving date

• The moving company will receive information by email about which apartments to move out, contact information and where they should be moved to. The moving form must return the email stating the moving time agreed with the residents for the individual apartments. After which the Order's resettlement consultant approves the time.

• The moving company must handle contact with the resident and the insurance company in connection with any insurance cases.

• Develop guidance and information for residents.

• Where necessary, individual coordination and guidance is carried out by the residents.

• Communication and cooperation with the contracting entity's resettlement consultant.

• The moving company's project manager must participate in one start-up meeting with the contracting entity and in addition, status meetings are held every three months. In addition, meetings are held as needed, which can be held by phone or teams.

This presupposes that the residents themselves are responsible for:

- Packing/unpacking in moving boxes

- Dismantling/collection of furniture

- Dismantling/setting up fixtures on walls and ceilings including curtains and lamps

- Disposal of moving waste

To a limited extent, there may be a need for the moving company to carry out one or more of the tasks listed above. The moving company must therefore specify an hourly rate for the purchase of the above services.

It is expected that the move follows the resettlement plan attached to the tender documents and that the move will take place continuously over the next 4 years.
