The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and maintenance of educational and tourist facilities to be performed in the Andrychów Forest District in 2023.

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and maintenance of educational and tourist facilities to be performed in the Inwałd Forestry in 2023.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting and maintenance of educational and tourist facilities resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.2. – a list of distances and conditions of wood harvesting;

(3) The material scopes set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Attachment No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions;

Attachment No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Katowice adopted by Decision No. 70 of the Regional Director of State Forests of October 24, 2022. on the amendment of Decision No. 62 of the Regional Director of the State Forests in Katowice of 21.09.2022 on the introduction of the regional "Description of the standard of technology for forest works" in the forest districts of the RDSF in Katowice.

A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

6) A description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
