The subject of the contract is the provision of technical and administrative assistance in, inter alia:

• Drawing up and following up partial and/or complete design or tender files of various infrastructure projects of De Vlaamse Waterweg nv;

• Conducting studies;

• The follow-up of the implementation of the infrastructure projects.

The assignment thus includes the projects of DVW that relate to various architectural projects (buildings, incl. (special) techniques). Some projects may be strictly distinguishable, but some may be of a mixed nature, such as a new building and/or the renovation of an existing building, including the technical installations. The architectural part and the (special) techniques part are integrated into a total design of the service provider. Whether or not a project is of a mixed nature is communicated at the time of ordering.

The construction projects can consist of: office building (incl. warehouse) for local operation, energetic renovation of existing buildings for regional operation, renovation or new local buildings for operating bridges/locks, ....
