The aim of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of copy paper for the period from 01.12.2023 - 30.11.2024 with a one-time extension option of 12 months. The contract is automatically extended by 12 months on the same terms, unless it is terminated by one of the contracting parties by 30.06.2024 at the latest. The framework agreement will be concluded jointly by the cities of Bielefeld, Detmold and Paderborn as well as the district of Paderborn with the future contractor.
