The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new C-type ambulances in the amount of 3 (three) pieces based on vehicles manufactured in 2019 with medical equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to this ToR - "Object of the contract - detailed description". The contracting authority in this procedure applies the reverse procedure.

The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 Type C ambulances with medical equipment. Communication between the Employer and the Contractor takes place in Polish using a miniPortal (https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl), ePUAP (https://epuap.gov.pl/wps/portal) and e-mail (ordering public @ pogotowiebp .com). The contracting authority does not provide for a supplementary order. Within 3 days from the date of posting on the Employer's website information from the opening of tenders, the Contractor shall provide the Employer with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group (referred to in Article 24 paragraph 1 item 23 of the PPL).
