1. The subject of the contract is the acceptance and management of municipal waste from the area of Łaziska Górne, delivered by the Ordering Party.

The subject of the contract was divided by the Ordering Party into two tasks. The contractor may submit a tender for one or all of the lots.

Task 1:

1. Acceptance of the following types of waste for management:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;

(b) Ash from furnaces

(c) Paper and cardboard waste;

(d) Waste metals, plastics and waste from multi-material packaging;

(e) Glass waste;

f) Bio-waste - Biodegradable waste and kitchen waste of plant origin;

(g) Furniture and other bulky waste;

(h) Waste tires;

(i) Construction, renovation and demolition waste.

Exercise 2:

Collection and acceptance for management of the following types of waste:

a) Expired medicines

The subject of the contract is the acceptance and management of the following municipal waste from the area of Łaziska Górne, supplied by the Contracting Authority: a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste – waste code 20 03 01 in the estimated amount of 5 800 Mg; b) • Ash from furnaces – waste code ex 20 01 99, in an estimated amount of 550 Mg; c)• Paper and cardboard waste – waste code 15 01 01, 20 01 01 in an estimated amount of 500 Mg; d) • Metal, plastic and multi-material packaging waste – waste code: 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05 in the estimated amount of 750 Mg; e) Glass waste – waste code: 15 01 07, 20 01 02 in the estimated amount of 450 Mg; f) Bio-waste - Biodegradable waste and kitchen waste of plant origin - waste code 20 01 08 in the estimated amount of 20 Mg, waste code: 20 02 01 in the estimated amount of 1200 Mg; g) Furniture and other bulky waste – waste code: 20 03 07 in the estimated amount of 1000 Mg; h) Waste tyres – waste code: 16 01 03 in an estimated amount of 45 Mg; i) Construction, renovation and demolition waste – waste code: 17 01 01 in the estimated amount of 20 Mg, waste code: 17 01 07 in the estimated amount of 300 Mg, waste code: 17 09 04 in the estimated amount of 500 Mg, waste code: 17 06 04 in the estimated amount of 25 Mg

The subject of the contract is the collection and acceptance for management of the following types of waste:

a) Expired medicines

The subject of the contract is collection from pharmacy points (approx. 10 - 12 places) located in the city of Łaziska Górne and PSZOK located in Łaziska Górne at Łazy 7A Street, transport to the place of disposal and management of waste constituting expired drugs with code 20 01 32 in an estimated amount of 3 Mg from the area of Łaziska Górne.
