Object planning building.
The state-owned Saxon real estate and construction management subsidiary Bautzen is planning the construction of a customs building that will house the services of the Digital Radio Center (DFZ) and the Traffic Routes Control Unit (KEV). The planned location of the customs building is located 4 km north of Görlitz city center in the district of Klingewalde.
The approved space program of the new building comprises a usable area (NUF 1-7) of approx. 1,020 m
Social rooms exists. The service of the traffic control unit comprises at approximately 645 m
Apart from the office, the building plot also includes facilities and ancillary buildings for the customs dogs of the KEV as well as parking spaces and garages for safety-relevant service vehicles and other passenger cars.
For the construction project there is already a preliminary planning with the decision document construction (ES construction). The approval of ES-Bau is expected in the third quarter of 2019. In this context, it should be noted that the awarding / contracting is subject to the approval of the ES-Bau.
The total construction costs (KG 200 to 600) are EUR 9.1 million gross. Of this amount, approx. EUR 7.4 million is gross of construction costs (KG 300 + 400). The construction project is to be realized by the end of 2022.
The construction project is to be certified in the quality grade "silver" according to the evaluation system for sustainable building for federal buildings (BNB).
The planning method BIM (Building Information Modeling) should be used for the realization of the construction project.
