Part I — Reception, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12 in quantity up to 1,300,00 Mg/year (waste was created from the sorting of selective waste);

The Contracting Authority stipulates that the above quantities are indicative quantities showing the possible size of the scope of the contract subject and may change depending on the needs of the contracting party, but the minimum amount of waste transferred will be for:

Part I - 800,00 Mg/year;

In case of receipt of waste in less quantity, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim.

The waste was created in the process of mechanical segregation of municipal waste constituting a supersieve fraction. Secondary raw materials are separated from this waste, i.e. glass, metals, pet, paper, cardboard, etc. Waste is stored in the open uncovered area, in unbaled form. The Contracting Authority informs that on the basis of the data collected, on average per vehicle transporting waste is able to load approximately 15 Mg of waste code 19 12 12. However, this value is variable and largely dependent on the payload capacity of the waste vehicle. The Contractor will be required to use the waste in accordance with the applicable environmental regulations. The waste covered by this order shall be processed using an alternative fuel production plant or thermal waste processing plant. The settlement of the quantity of waste will be based on the legalised commodity weight located with the Ordering Party, according to the print of the weighing result. Waste will be received by transport of the contractor at his expense and developed by the contractor through recovery. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the quantities of waste received from the Pukinin Plant with code 19 12 12 will be determined successively during the execution of the order. Reception of waste will be confirmed by waste transfer cards. Loading of waste will be carried out by the Contracting Authority's equipment and the contractor will be obliged to substitute a container or other equipment adapted for the transport of such waste, the Contractor shall submit a declaration to the Contracting Party about the recovery process of the whole mass of waste accepted in the given question calendar month within the 15th day of each following month by email to odpady@zgoaquarium.pl. The Contractor must have current administrative decisions in the field of waste management: a waste processing authorisation or a waste production authorisation taking into account the treatment of waste or an integrated authorisation covering the recovery of waste within the meaning of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 as amended) covering the full quantity of waste accepted from the Contracting Authority with code 19 12 12, in quantity for:

Part I — up to 1,300,00 Mg/year

or
