Framework agreement for the procurement of quick tests for detecting narcotics in urine. The quick test will be used by the police in Norway, the police authority in Sweden, the Norwegian Defence and the Norwegian Correctional Services and possibly Customs, as an aid in realising suspicions of drug and alcohol use, cf. FOR-2013-02-14-199: Regulations on narcotics (the Narcotics List), stipulated by the Ministry of Health and Care Services and the Swedish penal code (1968:64).
