The "Recovery" process consists of the following parts:
1. Hiring of Personnel, with the subcomponents:
a. Employee (s) collection;
b. Employee (s) special management; and
c. Bailiff(s).
2. Serving renewed orders; and
3. Dealing with Applications for Remission, with the subsections:
a. Calling customers in response to a waiver test (approx. 45% of requests); and
b. Processing applications for remission (approx. 55% of applications).
With regard to this European public tender, only the third activity is "Processing Remission Requests" with the subsections in scope. The RBG explicitly states that activities one (Hiring staff) and two (Serving renewed orders) are not in scope.
