Circulus-Berkel, commissioned by the municipality of Lochem, takes care of the maintenance of the trees within the municipality. Through a planted approach, Circulus-Berkel ensures the development and maintenance of a vital and safe tree stock in an efficient and effective way.

Approximately 1/5 of the trees in the outside area need a pruning year ly. This means that approximately 10,000 to 11,000 trees need to be pruned annually. In order to get this done with permanent partners Circulus-Berkel starts this tender.

The assignment will be based on the lowest price. The 3 entries with the lowest registration prices have made the most economically advantageous tender (EMVI). The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with three (3) parties.

Experience shows that the pruning work has a total annual contract value of approximately €210,000, — excluding VAT. Turnover guarantees do not apply.

The size of the assignment may change due to area changes and budget changes. But the ceiling amount (maximum turnover at the maximum term of 4 years) is €1,000,000, -

The Client reserves the right to carry out work not described in the CB-BR-2021-02 specifications, but similar to those in this specifications, or to direct it to third parties.
