The award will be made according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best quality/price ratio, pursuant to Article 108, paragraph 2, point b) of Legislative Decree 36/2023 in accordance with the provisions of the current ANAC Guidelines. The contract will be concluded electronically. Pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 36/2023, the technical and economic offers submitted by competitors will be examined before the verification of the Administrative Documentation.
