The subject of the contract covered by this proceeding is the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners residing in the City and Municipality of Nekla between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022.

2. The subject of the Order is:

(a) Receipt and transport indicated in the description of the municipal waste order from the owners of property residing in the Municipality of Nekla to the municipal installation.

(b) Receiving and transporting waste from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste to the municipal installation.

(c) Organisation and maintenance of travelling collection of large-sized waste, spent tyres and waste electrical and electronic equipment from households — 1 time a year.

(d) The provision of the necessary infrastructure for the collection of municipal waste in the Nekla Municipality for the provision of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste.

e) Transfer of received municipal waste from property owners to a transshipment station in Bard.

(f) Transmission of received municipal waste from the Selective Communal Waste Collective Point to the transshipment station in Barda and to the Waste Disposal Plant in Konin at 11 Sulańska Street.

(g) The provision of waste bags collected selectively for properties built up by single-family and multi-family houses collecting waste selective by a bag system, during the duration of the order.

(h) Care for due sanitary, cleanup and technical condition of containers, containers, bags and the proper organisation and maintenance of waste collection sites in adequate sanitary and cleanup.
